  Quite a nice hotel experience. Staff was super kind and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally nice and cozy and had a kitchenette that would be awesome for longer stays. Can't get much better of a location on the mountain either.

  Kitchenettes could not have been built to code, but appreciated, and summer prices were a bit expensive. Other than that, great service, clean room, great view. Used the hot tub; they must turn temp down for summer but still enjoyed a quick soak. Backs right onto the hill. Had a great time.

  Stayed during the summer, unfortunately the rooms do not have ac so they get pretty hot. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The hot tub was merely bath warm, perhaps it was broken.

  Rooms were clean and cozy, staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. They made an exception with our request. Bathroom was stocked with full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash and body lotion.

  Could use some updating and I certainly didn't appreciate the $10 charge to park my car in their underground when it is clearly not busy. Staff were good and the location was good. Room was clean and adequate. A $25 service charge to clean the kitchen - seriously..... it isn't even a full size one. Never used it anyway. 3 mismatched wine glasses says it all....never used them either but if I was sharing a bottle of red then 4 matching wine glasses would be nice.....
