  We were there in early Dec 2017. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. My husband had Pork Belly ribs and I had the Tourtiere and both were out of this world delicious. The seating arrangements are a bit odd and not really not that accommodating for 2 people. The back room seems to cater to large groups, but there were a couple of small tables back there we were offered. It looked a bit depressing (and noisy if you're beside a big group), so we ended up eating at a bistro table in the bar (as other tables in the bar were for 4 or more). We had a very pleasant male server and the food was excellent. I would say Voyageur is only one of about 3 really good restaurants in Sun Peaks.

  By far the best meal we had in Sun Peaks... creative menu, excellent preparation, and attentive service.

  Fantastic spot for Canadian cuisine. I tried the bison burger and it was DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend going here for dinner if you are vacationing in Sun Peaks.

  Lousy and disorganized service.. Having booked a seat for 6:00 p.m. for Saturday evening, my plans changed early evening Friday. Thinking I was doing the right thing, I called to change the time. Pathetic way of doing business, they don't answer the phone so I left a message. Turns out they don't check their messages until the following evening. Meantime, I went there Saturday afternoon to make a booking for later than original. They make their reservations by pencil on paper with no system. Appear to write it with cross-outs and no times. We show up to find out that they cancelled the reservation I made Saturday afternoon because they picked up my earlier cancellation after I made the my new booking. The excuse...."it is an understandable mistake". No effort at all to mitigate the "understandable mistake"

  Excellent staff, amazing food, great atmosphere...love the deco. Highly recommend eating here when in Sun Peaks.
