  We stayed here a few times. Every time it wasn't good. Rooms are need to be renovated due to molded bathrooms, badly stained carpet, smell in rooms & staff needs to response better for guests' inquiries. Last time sheet on the bed had blood on it so I asked them to change it in the early evening but I got a call back about 10 pm asking did i get service. I was so tired & too late so I told I will move it by myself. When we checked out nobody asked how wad ot or said sorry about the blood stained sheet.

  We had a lovely stay at Sun Peaks Grand. Our room was spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. Mantles restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. The public spaces were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We will definitely return!

  Nice hotel. Good location at Sun Peaks. outdoor pool all year long with 3 outdoor hot tubs. Can swim out from inside.

  I was here on a weeklong trip to ski with a large group (almost a hundred of us) of people, the hotel was amazing and very accommodating to our group. Sometimes it's difficult to keep such a large group in check but despite our requests they were more than polite about some who were a bit more than excited. The rooms were clean and equipped with all that we needed and in a very convenient location right by the lifts! I couldn't have asked for better place to stay!

  A beautiful wonderland, lots of activities to do in the area. Great suites with hot tubs to enjoy after a busy day enjoying the powder. Only downside is we put in a work order to maintenance as our door was broken in our suite and they weren't able to fix it during our 4 night stay.
